Started with a simple question
Why do Kenyan farmers earn so little when the institutions buying their products pay so much? The answer was clear: too many middlemen, too little technology, and too few direct connections between producers and buyers.
Beikart was founded in 2022 to change that. We built a direct supply chain connecting women smallholder poultry farmers to restaurants, hotels, and institutions across Kenya using technology to cut out the middlemen and pass the value back to where it belongs: the farmer and the buyer.
